INTRODUCTION

We are still waiting for an official introduction from Master Mike Pierce however YongChul-Do is an art in which you sequentially learn all of the common weapons used within the martial arts, as well as how they are used against each other. I'm sure we'll be able to most a more descriptive explination very soon. In the mean time, feel free to contact Sensei Chung directly with any questions you have.

STUDENT DEMOGRAPHICS

As with all Triangle disciplines, Triangle YongChul-Do is designed for and available to everyone. Physical limitations must be overcome in a defensive situation to mount a reasonable self-protection, and thus we modify our classes and techniques to work to the maximum ability of each student.

The system itself is relatively non-physical in terms or running or jumping, however as with most martial art systems there is a certain physicality to the techniques employed especially at the intermediate level and above.

Triangle YongChul-Do is an excellent discipline to learn on its own, and it is a very complimentary discpline to study alongside the 'harder' arts such as Karate Do, TaeKwon Do, Kung Fu etc.
