Founded in 1998 following the murder of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard, Triangle Martial Arts Association focuses on bringing quality and affordable training, seminars, outreach, and support primarily to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Senior, Disabled, and low income individuals, but our programs are open to absolutely everyone.

WE'RE MUCH MORE THAN "JUST" ANOTHER MARTIAL ARTS CLUB

While were darned good at martial arts, we are also darned good at having fun as a group of friends and fellow students. We organize skydiving, whitewater rafting, camping, paintball, and other excursions throughout the year. We also provide significant community support opportunites through our self-defense seminars, demonstration team events, lectures, formal dinners and many, many other activities.

BUT WE ARE DARNED GOOD AT MARTIAL ARTS TOO

We are constantly expanding the number of martial arts discplines we offer classes in, the number of qualified and certified instructors who teach with us, the number of clubs we have in operation, and the number of states and countries we teach in.

Much more than a gym you go to work out in, Triangle Clubs are supportive, friendly, and encouraging environments that help you progress to higher rank,  gain new freinds, and increase your knowledge and understanding in a number of varied areas.
